Protective Mask for dry and damaged hair
You will need:
1 tablespoon aloe vera Gelly
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
Mix all ingredients together and massage your head gently rubbing the scalp. Leave for 30 minutes before washing your hair. After shampooing, rinse with chamomile and then with water. Apply 1 to 2 times a week and your hair will regain their elasticity.

Face mask for all skin types
You will need:
1 tablespoon cream
1 tablespoon beaten egg yolk
1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gelly
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until they become a homogenized cream. Put a thin layer of mask on face and neck, let it dry and then apply one to two layers yet. Leave for 20 minutes, remove with warm water and then rinse with plenty of cold water.

Gel for tired eyes
You will need:
1 / 4 of a large cucumber
30 gr. Aloe Vera Gelly
Mash cucumber (about 55 gr.) in a blender, put it in a glass bowl, add the aloe vera gel and stir. Transfer the mixture into a clean, sterile jar, spread the cream with cotton in the area. Store the rest in refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Scrub for the face
You will need:
1 teaspoon Gelly
½ teaspoon granulated sugar
Stir and apply fresh to clean face, with circular gentle moves over the face except the sensitive area below the eyes. Rinse with cold water until the remains of sugar leave.

Mask for shine with Vitamin C
You will need:
1 tablespoon of aloe gel
2 vitamins Absorbent C
Pulverize the vitamins in the mortar (or between two spoons if we have no mortar), mix the powder with Gelly and spread on a clean face. Leave the mask for 15 minutes, rinse well with lukewarm water and then with cold. It is preferable to be in the evening or afternoon. Generally, it is advisable to avoid using skin care products with vitamin C when exposed to sun in order not to appear freckles. 1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon avocado oil or mashed avocado
1 tablespoon of gel aloe ALOE VERA GELLY
1 capsule of vitamin E, A-Beta Care
Mix ingredients and apply on your face for 15 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. It is ideal for all skin types as the beneficial properties of all ingredients and Vitamin E (antioxidant properties) are helping to rebuild, nourish and increase the elasticity of the skin. It can be made 3 times a week.

SKIN FISSURES TREATMENT
In a small cream bowl, mix as follows:
1) 1/4 cup aloe vera ALOE VERA GELLY
2) 1/2 cup olive oil
3) 10 capsules of vitamin A & E (open the capsules and pour the contents in the mixture)
Mix in a small container and apply every other day after shower, with a brush.( to avoid dirty the vitamin, wear gloves). We can optional put a film on the skin. Duration of treatment: 30 minutes Rinse with water. The mixture is better stored in the door of the refrigerator.

Προστατευτική μάσκα για ξηρά και ταλαιπωρημένα μαλλιά
Θα χρειαστείτε:
1 κουταλιά Gelly αλόης βέρα
1 κουταλιά μέλι
1 κουταλάκι ελαιόλαδο
Αναμειγνύετε όλα τα υλικά μαζί και κάνετε μασάζ στο κεφάλι τρίβοντας ελαφρά το τριχωτό. Αφήνετε για 30 λεπτά πριν λουστείτε. Μετά το λούσιμο, ξεβγάζετε με χαμομήλι και κατόπιν με νερό. Εφαρμόζοντας την 1 με 2 φορές την εβδομάδα, τα μαλλιά σας θα αποκτήσουν ξανά την ελαστικότητά τους.

Μάσκα προσώπου για όλους τους τύπους επιδερμίδας
Θα χρειαστείτε:
1 κουταλιά κρέμα γάλακτος
1 κουταλάκι χτυπημένο κρόκο αυγού
1 κουταλιά Aloe Vera Gelly
Βάζετε όλα τα συστατικά σε ένα μπολ και τα ανακατεύετε μέχρι να γίνουν μια ομογενοποιημένη κρέμα. Βάζετε μία λεπτή στρώση από τη μάσκα στο πρόσωπο και το λαιμό, την αφήνετε να στεγνώσει και μετά εφαρμόζετε μία-δύο στρώσεις ακόμα. Αφήνετε για 20 λεπτά, αφαιρείτε με χλιαρό νερό και μετά ξεπλένετε με άφθονο κρύο νερό.

Τζελ για κουρασμένα μάτια
Διεγείρει τη μικροκυκλοφορία καταπολεμώντας τις σακούλες.
Θα χρειαστείτε:
1/4 από ένα μεγάλο αγγούρι
30 γρ. Aloe Vera Gelly
Πολτοποιείτε το αγγούρι (περίπου 55 γρ.) στο μπλέντερ, το βάζετε σε ένα γυάλινο μπολ, προσθέτετε το τζελ αλόης και ανακατεύετε. Μεταφέρετε το μείγμα σε ένα καθαρό, αποστειρωμένο βαζάκι, απλώνετε την κρέμα με βαμβάκι στην περιοχή. Την υπόλοιπη τη φυλάτε στο ψυγείο μέχρι και 5 ημέρες.

Scrub για το πρόσωπο
Θα χρειαστείτε:
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού Gelly
½ κουταλάκι του γλυκού ζάχαρη κρυσταλλική
Ανακατεύετε και εφαρμόζετε σε καθαρό πρόσωπο, νωπό με κυκλικές απαλές κινήσεις σε όλο το πρόσωπο εκτός από την ευαίσθητη περιοχή κάτω από τα μάτια. Ξεβγάζετε με κρύο νερό μέχρι να φύγουν τα υπολείμματα της ζάχαρης.

Μάσκα για λάμψη με βιταμίνη C
Θα χρειαστείτε:
1 κουταλιά της σούπας τζελ αλόης
2 βιταμίνες Absorbent C
Κονιορτοποιούμε τις βιταμίνες στο γουδί (ή ανάμεσα σε δύο κουτάλια αν δεν έχουμε γουδί) αναμιγνύουμε τη σκόνη με το Gelly και απλώνουμε σε καθαρό πρόσωπο. Αφήνουμε τη μάσκα για 15 λεπτά ξεβγάζουμε καλά με χλιαρό νερό και μετά με κρύο. Είναι προτιμότερο να γίνεται το βράδυ ή το απόγευμα. Γενικά καλό είναι να αποφεύγουμε τη χρήση προϊόντων περιποίησης με βιταμίνη C όταν θα εκτεθούμε στον ήλιο γιατί δημιουργούνται πανάδες. Επιπλέον λόγω της βρώμης που περιέχει η βιταμίνη Absorbent C της Forever επιτυγχάνουμε δροσερή και ελαστική επιδερμίδα χωρίς κοκκινίλες. Μπορεί να γίνεται 2 φορές την εβδομάδα.

ΜΑΣΚΑ ΜΕ ΜΕΛΙ
Θα χρειαστείτε:
1 κουταλιά μέλι
1 κουταλιά κρέμα γάλακτος
1 κουταλιά Aloe Vera Gelly
Αναμίξτε όλα τα υλικά μαζί και εφαρμόστε στο πρόσωπο σας για 15 λεπτά, ξεβγάλτε με χλιαρό νερό. Οι ενυδατικές ιδιότητες της κρέμας και της αλόης κάνουν την μάσκα αυτή ιδανική για όλους τους τύπους δέρματος, ενώ οι ευεργετικές ιδιότητες του μελιού βοηθούν στην αναδόμηση και θρέψη της επιδερμίδας. Μπορεί να γίνεται 3 φορές την εβδομάδα.

ΑΝΤΙΡΥΤΙΔΙΚΗ ΜΑΣΚΑ ΜΕ ΜΕΛΙ
Θα χρειαστείτε:
1 κουταλιά μέλι
1 κρόκος αυγού
1 κουταλιά λάδι αβοκάντο ή πολτοποιημένο αβοκάντο
1 κουταλιά τζελ αλόης ALOE VERA GELLY
1 κάψουλα βιταμίνης E A-Beta Care
Αναμίξτε τα υλικά και εφαρμόστε στο πρόσωπο σας για 15 λεπτά, ξεβγάλετε με χλιαρό νερό. Είναι ιδανική για όλους τους τύπους δέρματος καθώς οι ευεργετικές ιδιότητες όλων των συστατικών αλλά και η βιταμίνη Ε (αντιοξειδωτικές ιδιότητες) βοηθούν στην αναδόμηση, τη θρέψη και την αύξηση της ελαστικότητας της επιδερμίδας. Μπορεί να γίνεται 3 φορές την εβδομάδα.

ΘΕΡΑΠΕΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΡΑΓΑΔΕΣ
Σε ένα μικρό δοχείο κρέμας αναμείξτε τα εξής:
1) 1/4 φλιτζανιού ζελέ αλόης βέρα ALOE VERA GELLY
2) 1/2 φλιτζάνι ελαιόλαδο
3) 10 κάψουλες βιταμίνης Α & Ε (ανοίξτε τις κάψουλες και αδειάστε το περιεχόμενο στο μείγμα)
Αναμείξτε σε ένα μικρό δοχείο και εφαρμόζετε μέρα παρά μέρα μετά το μπάνιο με ένα πινέλο.(για να μη λερώσει η βιταμίνη φοράμε και γάντια). Μπορούμε να βάλουμε και μεμβράνη στο δέρμα που έχουμε περάσει προαιρετικά Διάρκεια θεραπείας : 30 λεπτά Ξεβγάζουμε με νερό. Το μείγμα διατηρείται στην πόρτα του ψυγείου. The gel inside the leaf can benefit people as drinking juice and can even be combined with other ingredients for creams and lotions that are used locally, nourish the skin and improve its quality.
